May Focus!
- Monday 5/24/2004 by
CaliGirl
This month we have two very generous guys, and two very
dedicated ladies! Of course I devoured the boys... but Climax decided
to sneak in a RPG again in the Focus of the Month. As you already
know, the site is dedicated to action and strategy titles but hey, it
couldn't hurt to have a lil focus on RPG's every few months, can it? I
guess I am just as bad featuring a RPG/Action title gamer from SWG.
This month we talk to the manager of a shoutcast radio station called
Gunradio.com. Rob shows us his cute dimples as always! With the loss
of words towards the Jedi ways, I felt it was best to find people who
hunted them down. Tezo from Shadow Stalkers, a Star Wars Galaxies
guild hit the spot! The two lovely ladies are from two different
Lineage II guilds. Heliothis feels there is no justice in the PK
system. Then lastly, but not least, Truth feels it doesn't get any
better than being able to customize your character in such a unique
way. [View Focus]

City of Heroes Scott Steinberg at Wired News likes City of Hero,
the new MMORPG from NCSoft, the same folks from Korea who brought us
Lineage in 1997 (3.2 million users in Asia) and now Lineage II which
is gaining a big following across the globe. The super hero theme in
CoH is fresh, men and women characters have parity, and you get to
whomp on felons, fascists, and mutants. We've heard that CoH is
attracting a rather sophisticated player base, too. Read Scott's
interesting take on City of Heroes now at Wired News.
