Overview
I first met Dubird when I saw her walk in the BYOC area on Thursday. I had already interviewed Dubird about a week prior to the event. She sent along her picture for it. I basically chased after her and called her nick name from a distance. She turned around and I introduced myself. She seemed like a super cool person. The only issue I had was how much I felt I had already known her for so long in person. I found out later on, when I was observing her round with Suga why I had felt this way. She reminded me of Lisa, Kornelia's good friend. It was her voice, while I couldnt say they looked identical to each other, they share a type of resemblance. She could be her cousin. :)

Dubird vs. Suga
Dubird played as the Mynx player model. The match with Pro Q3 DM6 had Suga conquering at 22 Frags with Dubird losing at 0 Frags. Q3Tourney 4 was the map Suga picked and she won 28 Frags with Dubird at -1. A few times I noticed Suga trying to give Dubird a chance so she would run around (swiftly mind you!) with her pummel, back and forth to allow her to shoot her.

During the matches I noticed she happened to be another mouse slammer like Spicey. Again, I totally do the same thing when I am upset, and think the mouse has the ball dirty inside. The cursor seems to get stuck so I try to slam it down to get it to work better. So after getting into a habit of 'thinking' its all about the mouse, you do that no matter what. The main difference between Spicy and Dubird was how she would wave her hand in the air with dismay when she was killed. She was super frustrated especially with the last match.

The only thing I felt she was missing was the fact that she wasn't strafing during the matches. This is not to say she wasn't a skilled player. She has a lot of potential. That was the only thing I saw she was doing wrong, other than that she has great coordination.
