_____________________________________________________________INTERVIEW [devious]: Well, me and kronix (the other leader of Precision) have been through a lot together in this 'online world.' He was leader of NGN, an old school RA2/RA3 ownij clan. I joined, and ever since then we have been together. We started up Precision after Engine had become inactive. We went for about a year, became a top competitor, with the majority of us being original NGN members, but we welcomed a few new people to the family. Then, like engine, we all got tired of the game and ended the clan. We went our separate ways, then about a year ago we started back again. Everyone had their doubts that we would last, but we've proved everyone wrong and have been doing very well on ladders. ```````````````````````````````````````` [LadyGamers]: Do you think RA3 should be an official tourney at QuakeCon? What makes it qualified to deserve that kind of attention? Will you be attending Quakecon 2004 even if RA3 doesn't make it into the events schedule next year? Would you compete in another mod in 2004 if that happens? [devious]: I have no opinion on this, because I do not attend quakecon. I know many people play it there, and have their own little tournies. It may be nice for the people who attend that are RA3'ers though. ```````````````````````````````````````` [LadyGamers]: How has your clan been preparing for upcoming CAL matches? Do you have a set schedule of practices or just get on when you see others? [devious]: We
do not have a set schedule for practices. I'd say we rarely practice
or scrimmage together. We pretty much do our own thing. Which is why
we sometimes have trouble. It would be nice to scrim more, to get our
teamwork down. But lack of motivation > us :) Don't expect us to
suck in the tournys though! ```````````````````````````````````````` [LadyGamers]: Of all the RA3 focused clans out there what was it about the one you joined that attracted you the most? [devious]: They can put up with me :)```````````````````````````````````````` [LadyGamers]: Do you think your clan has a chance of being the champion of your division in the CAL finals? If not, who do you think will be? [devious]: Pretty
good chance. I don't recall what the division looks like. But I would
say the winner will be precision, 4i, or sphere. All 3 of us clans have
beaten each other in previous matches. ```````````````````````````````````````` [LadyGamers]: Are there female players in your clan? If not, why not? Do they participate in CAL and the playoffs? [devious]: Not
that I know of...I have questioned kronix a few times. But turns out
he is only Canadian. No Lady gamers have ever asked us to join - not
