Favorite Games of all time: Quake 1 (an old.. old ..strictly mplayer based mod called Quake Ball..or fondly Qball) – and no its not any of those other mods you can find out there with the name qball. (believe me I have looked) I played that mod as GK.. then QA. I have a friend, WakenBake who is willing to give it a whirl in trying to recreate Qball in Q3. I'm really looking forward to it!

[CaliGirl]:  You're a fan of spicy food. Have you ever tried Peruvian food?

[Sumyungho]:  Yes...I am a huge fan of South American Spices [MMMMMM] although my small town in central BC doesn’t have many restaurants of that nature, I do experiment with recipes I find on the net.. And am currently writing an ezine for recipes that I have found and ones of my own to send to friends and family.

[CaliGirl]:  You used to play a Q1 mod on Mplayer called Qball. Have you ever tried the money mod called 'Get Rich Quake'? The Quake 1 modification was exclusively on Mplayer's multiplayer service.

[Sumyungho]:  I have seen  it before, but personally I have never played it!! There was/is a lot of crazy mods out there. But let me tell you..there
is nothing like Qball

Wakenbake and Slomoe are  currently working like  fiends to get the
Q-Ball Q3 mod up and running, we have run into trouble with the "shaders"
part of the whole deal..we need someone who knows how to write
shaders...to make the ball look like it used to..they worry about all the other
stuff..I worry about the aesthetics!

Slomoe and I were Co-Leaders of a Qball Clan back in the Mplayer days
called Quake Addicts, so we both know and love the game passionately,
Slo is much more adept at the inside workings of the game...he is
currently working on putting a touch of the classic feel back into the mod for
Q3 with sounds and a few maps that are familiar..

Wakenbake is a brilliant software engineer, developer, designer dude from Portland, Oregon who just loves to mess around inside of gaming codes and such, but he has never played the game...He wanted a challenge and well I gave him one alright.. [LOL]...Hopefully both these servers will be running the mod..soon!!! We tested it out tonight...and have a few more revisions to make!! YOu just wouldnt believe how this excites me..

[CaliGirl]:  I tried Baklava for my first time today. It's a one of a kind dessert. If there was one sweet item you know how to make from scratch, what would this be?

[Sumyungho]: I can make Baklava...I can actually make prolly anything you
want? what’s your pleasure?

[CaliGirl]:  Can you talk a little about both TriStarz and LoQ clans? What does LoQ stand for? 

[Sumyungho]: Tristarz was an IFT clan was already dieing when I joined so
I was only a member for like a week.. but the leader "Smoke", now plays for another IFT clan XC and we all still see each regularly for scrims and such.

LoQ is an all ladies based clan. It stands for Ladies of Quake. They are a supah bunch of girlz, currently involved in the OGL, HellCat (LoQ's Fearless Leader) is a scream. We all love her dearly!! I belonged to that clan for only a few months before, some of us branched off competitively and Twisted Sistahz was formed!!

[CaliGirl]:  Real Life Shows like Surreal Life, I'm a Celebrity get me out of here, Batchelor, High School Reunion to name a few have increased in numbers. What if they made a show like this but it consisted of a handful of gamers or even professional gamers on how they live their gamer life all in one house. Would you watch this show? Or what would it need to peak your interest to watch it?

[Sumyungho]: Well, I don’t watch much TV, I have never watched a single
episode of the ones you mentioned.. but yes I think a gamer type anything show would peak my interest! But I would rather be in it!!

[CaliGirl]:  What do you feel makes the Twisted Sistahz clan stand out among other clans in general (all female or coed). 

[Sumyungho]: Well, we wear these shiny red thongs to our scrims and games...that makes us stand out!! No seriously.. First of all We are very tight. We all get along extremely well, and we strive to work together as a team. We never back down from a challenge and we are always good sports about winning and losing. I know in the IFT world that I play in there are only 2 current all women clans.. so we "Stand Out" in that manner. We understand the "team" concept, coupled with incredible energy and skillz!! We quickly became known as the terror sistahz to those that scrim with us!!And we definately enjoy being terrorized by all the talent out there!!  I believe It's the attitude of the players, not their skills, that is the biggest factor in determining whether you win or lose and believe me... we have Attitude!!  =)
