Yeah, we had an exclusive interview with
TsN|DeeAy. The one who has a sexy voice and a sexy
look, The one who debuted together with
TsN|Trillian on Clanbase Eurocup. Anyhow here is
the interview by us for you!
Ins0mnia: Could you tell us your name and
history in rtcw and TSN please? TsN|QGz|DeeAy: Sure :) I'm DeeAy, also known as
QGz|DeeAy and TsN|DeeAy
I played RtCW with the QGirlz (www.qgirlz.com) for
quite a while - we all really enjoyed the game but had
to give it up because we couldn't get enough members.
As an all-female clan, good girl RtCW players were
hard to come by!
We took a break and now we're trying out CPMA for
Quake 3 - not as much fun as RtCW, but it takes way
less players :)
I joined TsN in October of last year, initially to do
a show called Aural Fixation with my friend Trillian.
We did the show for several months but kept getting
bumped off the schedule because of game casts ..
trillian started casting games first (and kicks ass at
it), then I followed suit.
Ins0mnia: So how did you came in TSN? TsN|QGz|DeeAy: I primarily cast Quake 3 and
RtCW, but I have to confess that I like casting RtCW
way more :)
Ins0mnia: Did you have any pro experiance
before? I mean did you shoutcast at real radio
stations? TsN|QGz|DeeAy: I used to host a radio show
similar to Aural Fixation (but with a lot more
swearing) on a station called EF Radio. It was a lot
of fun, but the community wasn't very supportive and I
(and the other QGirlZ) left the scene. I don't have
any "professional" experience as a radio person;
everything I've done has always been online :)
Ins0mnia: Do you have any favorite teams in Q3A
and Wolf? TsN|QGz|DeeAy: haha
Well, as far as watching games played, I have to give
props to Team Defiance (the Canadian one, not the UK
one!) :) They're an RA3 team in western North America
.. and my husband (d|RakE) plays for them :) Team
Abuse is also great - I know a lot of them and they're
all really nice guys.
As far as RtCW goes, I don't know very many clans -
but I've been very impressed with the gameplay of Game
Online and 4 Kings! Both teams are very good and
really friendly, something that's always nice to cast.

Ins0mnia: And do you have any favorites at the
Europe Scene? TsN|QGz|DeeAy: Besides you?! :)
Ins0mnia: lol yes :D
TsN|QGz|DeeAy: I'm really liking the way Clanbase RtCW
is run - major props to you and your team :)
Everything has gone really smoothly and the teams are
great to watch!
Ins0mnia: Who wins? Europe or USA @ QuakeCon?
TsN|QGz|DeeAy: HAH See, I can answer this - I'm
not associated with either country!
Except I have no idea .. if I flip a coin in the air
it lands on heads, so I'm going to say USA will win -
but Europe will make them fight for it. :)
Ins0mnia: from the start to now did things
change alot? (TSN and RTCW wise?) TsN|QGz|DeeAy: That's hard to answer because
I've only been with TsN for 5 months, and only casting
for two :) But from what I've seen, there's more RtCW
to cast at the moment - for a while it was a little
scarce, but now we're fighting over matches :) Plus,
Warwitch is casting Wolf again - yay! There's a lot of
stuff coming up too, so I hope to be casting a lot
more RtCW in the future.
Ins0mnia: Have you a favorite TsN caster? And
who is this and why? TsN|QGz|DeeAy: You're making me pick favourites
.. you're gonna get me in trouble :)
Ins0mnia: hehe ;) TsN|QGz|DeeAy: If I had to choose though ..
Warwitch is definitely one of my favourites. He's
incredible at what he does, and he's really fun to
cast with too - he makes everything seem really easy
and I know first hand that it's not! Also, Trillian
rules - not only is she a very good friend but she's a
fantastic caster and is one of the first female
e-sports casters out there who really kick all the
ass.
Ins0mnia: IS their a thing you would like to
change on wolf? TsN|QGz|DeeAy: It would be nice to see some new
maps, although that would mean I have to get off my
ass and actually LEARN them :) It's too bad that Enemy
Territory got cancelled, but it will be neat to see
how much online play it will get as a new mod.
Ins0mnia: When Q2k3 ends do you think RTCW
still has a big future? TsN|QGz|DeeAy: I hope so :) If BoB2 is a
success and Clanbase keeps having tournaments and
cups, I think there will be a lot of activity in the
community .. RtCW is a great game so here's hoping it
sticks around for quite a while :)
Ins0mnia: Weirdest name youve tried to
shoutcast? TsN|QGz|DeeAy: HAH
That's a funny question :) I'm paranoid about
butchering someone's name on air, so I spend most of
my pregame time hunting down clans and asking for
their roster so I can figure out name pronounciations.
I think my worst butchering so far was Kikolo from
clan GoL - I called him "Coleco" for an entire game. I
also messed up all of clan Apical - we ended up just
calling them "Apic" the entire cast :)

up with me when I cast - I make a lot of noise :) Also

Hm, these shoutcast-things/people, do
they have a homepage? so I can read more about it. It
sounds interesting. Must confess, I have never logged
onto (is that what u do?) or listen to a shoutcast. I
guess it is like a live broadcast from a game.
