Killcreek Turns Down Nuclear Slug Photo Shoot

In a startling turn of events, Stevie "KillCreek" Case, level designer for ION Storm, turned down a standing offer to appear in a photo shoot from Squad Nuclear Slug. "Oh well," said Quintus Next, Slug editor.

ION Storm's public relations were about to warn Case not to do the shoot when they realized she would have come to that conclusion anyway. "I mean, a 4-by-5 glossy of Quintus with his phone number on it really isn't an incentive," said Frank Blackwell, of ION's PR department. KillCreek was unreachable for comment on the matter.

 Quintus, though reachable, failed to shed any light on the situation. "Now I have to find another girl for my upcoming feature, The Girls of Half-Life: A Three-Month Calendar." The number of months in the calendar was inflated from two to three to include KillCreek, since she was never actually affliated with Half-Life.

"Guess it's time to open up MilkShape and see if I can't modify the hazard course hologram so it looks like she's wearing a bikini," Quintus sighed, before returning to his computer
