Quake Memories:  One day while playing Rocket Arena for Quake II some guy on the server started lecturing me about crouching so much. I remember him saying "Stop squatting! I can still hit you when you're crouched you freaking idiot! You're never going to play better until you switch from keyboard to mouse.". I was pretty much blown away. What was he talking about? How did he know I was using a keyboard, and how is he managing to shoot me when I'm crouched!? It wasn't until after I decided to give the mouse a whirl that I discovered the wonders of mouse look and realized what an idiot I had been to think no one could harm me if I was crouching! :D I've always wished I could find him and thank him for giving me that push, it not only improved my game it made the game much more enjoyable. :)
